How do you report a mistake in a piece?
Send the address of the page and the line you think is wrong. If it is a figure, say where your figure comes from. We check it against our own data and the source we cited, and if we were wrong we correct the piece and note the change at the foot of it.
How do you suggest a test?
Tell us the model, tool or device and the question you want answered. We say what we can run on our own machines, and what we cannot, before we start.
How do you work with us or advertise?
Read work with us and advertise first, then write to the same address. Paid work is labelled and kept apart from our own pieces, as our ethics page sets out.
What happens to your message?
We keep it only as long as we need it to reply, and we never add you to a list. Our privacy policy has the rest.
